The technique in the ART Patch is also very different from the traditional stitched patches, as this is sewn with applique and free stitching techniques, and it's made of 7 different fabrics, including three various golden luster fabrics, blue velvet and turquoise organza.

The special effects in this particular ART Patch are the water bubbles made with UV resin and the fishing lure eye on the fish.
